CORPORATE Message

As part of a group reorganization, on April 1, 2026, NPR-RIKEN CORPORATION transitioned to an operating holding company structure, while simultaneously establishing a business unit-based organizational framework.

Having broken down the barriers that existed between the old Riken and Nippon Piston Ring families, we have moved onto a new stage of challenge as a group, one where we strive to grow together as integrated teams organized by business and functional units. Going forward, we will work to further enhance the dynamism of the group as a whole and advance the development and expansion of our business with a sense of urgency. In addition, by consolidating our strategic planning and management functions, we will actively work to strengthen and streamline governance across the entire group.

We are confident that this reorganization will significantly contribute to realizing the NPR-RIKEN Group’s vision of “creating innovation through the blending of people and technology” and “continuing to embrace change.”

To remain a company trusted by all our stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, suppliers, employees, and local communities, we will continue to work toward further growth as a unified group, steadily fulfilling our corporate social responsibility to help build a sustainable society and striving to further enhance corporate value.
